- As we can see, some of the columns have more width than requirements.
- we will reduce these columns widths, by selecting it and minimizing width by mouse drag.
- But on minimizing column width, some part of column title gets hidden.
- So to make it visible we have to allow text to be wrapped.
- This can be done by keeping "Wrap text automatically" on which is available in "Format Cells" option.
- This option comes after selection of cell or cell range.
- So select complete row of column names i.e. row number 1
- Then right click mouse and select "Format cells" option.
- Now go to "Alignment" menu and keep "Wrap text automatically" on.
