We will use the Sort functions to arrange the data in increasing order.

డేటాను పెరిగే క్రమంలో ఏర్పాటుచేసేందుకు మనం Sort ఫంక్షన్స్‌ని ఉపయోగిస్తాము. ఇవ్వబడిన డేటా సెట్ ని సరిచేయడానికి:


For sorting a given set of data:
ఇవ్వబడిన డేటా సెట్ ని సరిచేయడానికి:

  • Select the data column/row that you want to sort by clicking on the name of the column/row

  • Click on Sort button: you can choose Sort:

    • Ascending for arranging in increasing order

    • Descending for arranging in in decreasing order

  • Click on Extend selection so that all columns are sorted, or otherwise only one column in the data is changed

  • కాలమ్/వరుస పేరుపై క్లిక్ చేయడం ద్వారా, మీరు సరిచేయాలనుకుంటున్న డేటా కాలమ్/వరుసను సెలెక్ట్‌ చేయండి.

  • సార్ట్‌ బటన్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి: సరిచేయడాన్ని మీరు ఎంచుకోవచ్చు:

    • పెరిగే క్రమంలో ఏర్పాటుచేసేందుకు ఆరోహణం

    • తగ్గే క్రమంలో ఏర్పాటుచేసేందుకు అవరోహణం

  • ఎక్స్‌టెండ్ సెలెక్షన్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి, దీనివల్ల కాలమ్స్‌ అన్నిటినీ సరిచేయవచ్చు, లేదా ఇతరత్రా డేటాలో ఒక కాలమ్ ని మాత్రమే మార్చాలి

 

You can also sort words alphabetically using this function.

ఈ ఫంక్షన్ ని ఉపయోగించి అక్షరమాలలో కూడా మీరు మాటలను సరిచేయవచ్చు.
