Calculating Final Total:

We have calculated Amounts for all the items in all the rows of the sample bill data entered in the spreadsheet.
Now we will calculate the final total bill amount, by using follwing steps.
  • As we to calculate final bill amount, we have to make summation of all the amount values for all the items.
  • Firstly we will go to cell "D12" and write there as "Total" to refer the total in next cell "E12"
  • Now go to cell "E12" and write the formula as "=SUM(" then take mouse pointer to cell "E2" and drag the pointer till the cell "E11", by keeping left mouse button pressed. And press "Enter" button.
  • We should get the final total bill value as "1430".
