  • Data is information stored in spreadsheet in an organised manner of tabular format as columns and rows.
  • Data is stored in cells of spreadsheet.
  • Some of the data types are "Number", "Text" etc.
  • Text data includes letters, words and special symbols like "(, ), !, *, &, $", used for labeling columns, names of entities.
  • Text data is by default horizontally left aligned
  • Numbers are like integer, float, decimal, date-times.
  • Number data is by default horizontally right aligned.
Entering/Editing data in cell:
  • For entering or editing data in cell we have to firstly select the corresponding cell.
  • Then double click mouse's "Left button".
  • A cursor gets displayed, now we can enter/edit data in cell.
  • डेटा कॉलम और पंक्तियों के रूप में तालिका स्वरूप का एक संगठित तरीके से स्प्रेडशीट में संग्रहित जानकारी है।
  • स्प्रेडशीट के सेल्स में डेटा संगृहीत की जाती है।
  • डेटा के कुछ प्रकार "नंबर", "टेक्स्ट" इत्यादि।
  • टेक्स्ट डेटा में अक्षर, विशिष्ट अक्षर जैसे @,!,#,%,^,&,*,(,) का उपयोग कॉलम को लेबलिंग और करने में किया जाता है
  • टेक्स्ट डेटा का डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से क्षैतिज बाएं एलाइनमेंट होता है।
  • नंबर डेटा जैसे पूर्णांक, फ्लोट, दशमलव, दिनांक-समय
  • नंबर डेटा का डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से क्षैतिज दाएं एलाइनमेंट होता है।

सेल में डेटा का प्रविष्टि/ संपादन

  • सेल में डेटा की प्रविष्टि या संपादन करने के लिए पहले हमको अनुकूल सेल सेलेक्ट करना पड़ेगा।
  • तब माउस के बाएं बटन को 'डबल' क्लिक करें.
  • एक कर्सर दखाई देने लगता , अब हम लोग डेटा प्रविष्टि या संपादन कर सकते हैं।
