  • After calculating run rate,  for each over, we will see numbers with more than 2 decimal points, which is default setting
  • We can change this to show numbers with max 2 decimal points
  • For this select the column "Run rate" by clicking on its column header
  • Then right click mouse and select Format Cells option
  • A pop-up will get opened with Number as selected category
  • Then go to Decimal Places in Options and replace 0 by 2 either by using upper arrow
  • Press "OK" to apply the change
  • Now you will see numbers with only two decimal points in Run Rate column.

दशमलव बिंदु के लिए सेल की फॉर्मेटिंग

  • रन दर की गणना के बाद, प्रत्येक ओवर के लिए आप दो दशमलव बिंदु से अधिक का नंबर देखेंगे, जो बहुत कठिन होता है।
  • हम इस बदल सकते हैं, ताकि ये केवल दशमलव के दो बिंदुओं तक ही नंबर दिखाए।
  • इसकेलिए सलेक्ट कॉलम "रन दर" उस कॉलम के हैडर के ऊपर क्लिक करके।
  • माउस का दाहिना बटन क्लिक कर, फॉर्मेट सेल का विकल्प चुनें।
  • एक नया विंडो खुलेगा जिसमे नंबर विकल्प पहले से सेलेक्ट होगा।
  • उसके बाद ऑप्शन के डेसीमल प्लेसेस में जाकर ० को २ से बदल दीजिये या कीबोर्ड या ऊपर के ऐरो की का उपयोग करके।
  • ओके को दबाइए पिरवर्तन को लागू करने के लिए।
  • अब आप रन दर के कॉलम में नंबर केवल दशमलव के दो बिंदु तक ही दिखाई देंगे।
