Select cell H2, then enter the  function "SUM", by typing  "=SUM("  

H2 సెల్ ని ఎంచుకోండి , ఇప్పుడు "SUM" అనే  ఫంక్షన్ ని  "=SUM(" టైపు చేసి ఎంటర్ చెయ్యండి

  • Then select the range of cells using mouse's pointer and left button, to drag and select those cells

  • ఇప్పుడు మౌస్ యొక్క పాయింటర్ ని మరియు ఎడమ వైపు బటన్ ని ఉపయోగిస్తూ  కావాల్సిన  సెల్ ల పరిధి ని డ్రాగ్  చేసి ఎంచుకోండి .

  • We can see the selected cell range gets reflected as =SUM(FirstCell:LastCell), Notice here "COLON" (:). For example: SUM(B2:G2)

  • మనం ఎంచుకున్న  సెల్ పరిధి లో =SUM(FirstCell:LastCell) ని గమనించవచ్చు,   “కోలన్”(:). ఉదాహరణకు SUM(B2:G2) గమనించండి

Auto-completion for filling-up remaining overs total runs:

  • After cell range selection, press "Enter Key", and summation gets calculated

  • సెల్ పరిధి ని ఎంచుకున్న తర్వాత ఎంటర్ కీ ని నొక్కండి, దీని వాళ్ళ కూడిక ని గణించవచ్చు   

  • Now use auto-completion feature to calculate total of remaining overs

  • ఇప్పుడు ఆటో కంప్లీషన్ ఫీచర్ ని వాడుతూ మనం మిగిలిన ఓవర్ ల మొత్తాన్ని గణించవచ్చు

  • Selecting cell "H2" and then drag tiny square, till cell "H11"

  • "H2" సెల్ ని ఎంచుకున్నాక చిన్న చతురస్రాన్ని "H11" వరకు  డ్రాగ్ చేయండి  

  • Total gets calculated by replicating same formula from cell "H2", by replacing corresponding row number.

  • మొత్తాన్ని ఇప్పుడు గణించడానికి "H2" సెల్  లో ని  అదే ఫార్ములా ని పునరుత్పత్తి  చెయ్యడానికి రో నెంబర్ ని మార్చండి.
