For each month we will create two columns one for boys and one for girls.
We will enter the recorded data into the respective cells.
We will do this by entering value 1 in each cell where there is one birthday.
If there are more than two birthdays on a given date, we will enter 2 and so on
Entering these numbers will help us to plot various graphs
